Berzebub card only reduces's casting time by 30%, and that's only with "variable" casting. If your using a skill that has a fixed casting it's going to have cast times, unless you edited the skills.

I'm starting to think this isn't a bug, since all (if not most) skills have a cast time / cast delay. You should take your issue to the [url="http://rathena.org/board/forum/31-database-support/"]Database Support[/url] section.

If i remember correctly you can not get instacast in renewal by dex like in prerenewal, you need cards and items, this is where fixcastrate comes into play also, there is a fixed cast time for every skill that you need bfixcastrate to reduce. Equip the angra manyu this gm weapon has 100% reduction on both variable and fixed.
