There is a website that I use contains kRO update for each skill respectively, in the following form:
ARROWSTORM:
CT: 3 seconds, CD:3 seconds
Skill description blah blah blah...
kRO 2010/08/18：AoE changed to 9x9( radius 4 )
kRO 2010/09/08：added baseLv modifier。
kRO 2011/04/27：blah blah blah
etc.
I found a comment on this site saying:
True Sight stacks with skillratios now, instead of multiplying final damage. This comment doesn't have a date, so i'm here asking for confirmation.
This means
1. normal attack has a default skillratio of 100%, so with truesight, final damage is 120%. (ignore stat increase for now, basically the same as before.
2. true sight with 3rd class skills like ARROWSTORM are weakened, due to high value.( say baselvl 100, AS has a ratio of 1800%. 1800% to 1820%, just a minor step.
Can anyone confirm this on officials? It should be easy to tell if there is a difference.

nice to know...Thanks...may we know the site? I like to see updates in there chronological order cause I'm too lazy to sort all in the forums and confirm one by one..hahaha
here is my computation to confirm..
all stats are reset
my basic damage: 161 (note with stat +5)
my Double Strafe damage per hit: 306 (note with stat +5)
damage after True Sight: 339
and if compute a post bonus effect(damage + 20%) the damage suppose to be 367
but when its added to the skillratio 161 * (190+20) = 338.1
so confirmed!

As for the website, i forgot to tell you it's in Chinese...And it has stopped updating for a while..
You know what, I can help with the translation. It has time tag, so it's easy to trace back to doddler's translation log. Not as many contents as you thought after all.

no problem in translation google is a friend..and I also study mandarin for a semester so I know the basic words and numbers also sentence construction...but I can't read Chinese characters but converting it to Pinyin is easy..
