Not sure if I'm missing anything, but the effect for Leak (eff_chaos), Sropho (eff_frozen), Banaspaty (eff_burning) appear to be missing in the emulator, thus the cards have no effect. :(

just add it in const..however burning has a special parameter so ATM not yet supported..

you can use eff_confusion for chaos and Sc_Frostmisty for eff_frozen.
