Maelstrom Not Properly Absorbing Certain Skills

Maelstrom is not properly absorbing Hell Plant or a few other ground-targeted skills, including Demonic Fire, etc. It should be blocking and absorbing them, according to officials. Please have a look into this; Maelstrom cells should be treated as dead cells and therefore be immune to Hell Plant casts and DFire, etc. (Demonic Fire, not Dragonbreath; Dragonbreath is actually a single-target spell cast on all targets in an area, like Frost Misty, etc.)
