I was reported that Throw Fuuma Shuriken has issues.

It looks like this skill only hits once in a blue moon, otherwise it's merely showing the animation.
Out of 40~50 tries, it only actually casted once.

i think the animation is depends in casting time, i've notice it in some skills.
