The one from the Bible of Promise vol 2, is only providing 70 ATK instead of 100 ATK/MATK.
Furthermore, the MATK boost seems to be invisible, as it's not shown in the status window, so I'm not sure if it's giving just 70 MATK as well. I can probably test this but I'll need a minute.
I posted this in Acolyte skills because, even though it's an equipment-only skill, it's only useable by priests.
Edit 2: It is correctly giving 100 MATK (I assume); I tested with Sight Blaster for 100% MATK hits with Recognized Spell and no staff equipped.
I was doing 45's, then the damage went up to 141, so either the boost is missing a tiny bit of MATK (4 MATK), or it's my vit/int reducing the damage values slightly.
