I am trying to use a mapflag inside the map_zone_db file to modify Hell's Plant damage.
Without any nerf, it's doing 22k damage to my fully reduce wearing character.
Applying a 99% nerf to it, it does 14k.
My theory is that the mapflag isn't properly applying to the final damage.
What I am using:

Nevermind this issue. The problem is that you gotta make a mapflag for the skill GN_HELLS_PLANT_ATK instead. Exact same problem with Chain Lightening and Severe Rainstorm.
