When you cast this skill, skill list windows appear, do nothing and @go or @die, then respawn or turn off your client or you has disconnect, skill list windows disappear and use skill again, bug appear, you cannot open skill list windows again, need restart server to try to use again.

What client are you using? and what settings? PRE-RE or RENEWAL?
@edit: Unable to Reproduce on 2013-12-30Ragexe and PRE-RE Settings.
