some one test for official server
step test
1. move to /mm gefg_cas05 41 151

2. click use skill body relocation to cell (look in picture)

user can move to warp very quickly

I can repeat the process, but this seems like a small bug involving the maps gat files.
If you repeat steps 1-2 then type @refresh, you'll be able to walk freely on that cell. Same applies when attempting to do the steps in reverse. A mere @refresh eliminates the need to use snap.
If we just update those 2 cells on the top of the models to can't walk, then it'll be fixed since you can't snap across unwalkable cells.

I was able to reproduce the bug but im not sure if its the same exact procedure with official server.

You can still go down if you are in the edge of the post, and use body relo on the left side platform..

This has nothing to do with "snap dodge" nor the config setting. Marking as invalid as it seems to be a map problem.
