The problem im going to report is simple. I have a player on my server that can't use Asura Strike. The skill is working fine then it suddenly uncastable or useable.

The weird part is only server restart can solved the problem.

I wanna bump this and add information that this bug also occurs at pre-RE with 2nd job only implemented.

There is no error nor debug in console.

Ind added a debug on this to reset the cooldown. you can use @cddebug reset or #cddebug <target>

I actually had this occurred to me on a Paladin with the skill Endure. I would simply not able to cast Endure ever again until a server restart. Don't know the exact circumstances except that I was in Abyss mobbing.

Maybe it's due to overwriting the cool down or some flag.
