Unable to use this ability. Based on the description, WOE needs to be on, you need to be inside of a castle and near a portal. However, when trying to use this skill the error "skill cannot be used in this area." is displayed. I've tried moving to different portals and moving from varying distances from the portal. I tried checking map_zone_db and it's only disabled in normal maps and pvp. I tried removing those just for test purposes and now it just says skill has failed.
