SKill Problem for a weapon

[color=rgb(40,40,40)][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]When i use Dagger i can use all the skill like Double strife and Clown Skill to Like arrow vulcan and all the songs! Sonic blow on dagger [/font][/color]
