Genetic Banana Bomb inflicts force sit at 100% upon hitting , in my experience it still should inflict force sit even if the skill miss and the chance is reduced by agi and vit. also it should reduce luk by 20.

Mysterious powder's 15% HP reduction doesn't work.

Confirmed, miss stills inflict the target to sit but its not 100%, also if I hit the target, its not 100% to force sit, but the reduce of luk by 20 is working as intended, tested in Aegis, maybe if you have screenshots in iRO, you can show it to me.
