Guys how do you disable the points that are received from the job level to uparem the skill ?

Guys I have some doubts regarding some quests commands to a script that will create .
First it will be an invisible npc (-1).
Ai 13:00 , 15:00 ; 18:00 , 20:00 and 22:00 so far so good , I have to use the OnClock command.
Everyone who is to Go get online chatting A menssagen you received the quest and you need to confirm with an NPC the quest, (Loading the dispbottom to be global ? ) .
How could I create the NPC to confirm the quest ?
Need to put 30 quests alt + U, as I do to save all the quests and then give away with Random ?
 
After 00:00 night all quests will be reset .
Each quest will give Zeny and points of missions .
 
If possible I would like to examples , for I am well , noob in programming .
