It's not for commercial use. Playerbase would probably be low. And first of all, I would need to find people who could help me do this. I am just testing the waters. :)

It would function as a custom private server. SO I don't see a problem here. Just everything heavily customised.

We would start as a "compact" version of RO. Small world-map, 6 classes, low item pool and extend from there.
