Greetings,
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals who would like to work with us on a new project for an upcoming server. We would prefer those who are both experienced and comfortable with a low-rate setup using pre-renewal mechanics. We want to put together a team of professionals with a proper hierarchy system that is seldom practiced. As this will be a fresh start, we will be going over each and every aspect of the game and making improvements that would only enhance the gaming experience rather than changing it completely. What we're aspiring to create is a better than average experience while also keeping it as close to vanilla as possible. All members of the team will undoubtedly be involved in the core design and development of this project.
What makes us different?
We don't want to make just another RO server for the sake of it, with pre-defined features that are commonly followed by most. While we understand that there is no perfect formula to make a better server, we feel that it is imperative that we take things up a notch and deliver a unique game environment with exclusive features and still maintain a balanced gaming experience. Our goal will be to avoid the common mistakes and improve the design that befits the standards of a low-rate server from the get go.
Some of the content we'd be considering (not finalized) will include but not limited to, custom quests and instances with a vast story line to give that RPG experience, customized battlegrounds and other competitive events, quest based events (seasonal or otherwise) instead of the overused automated event system, custom zones and much more that would give players something to look forward to than the usual grind fest.
Regarding donations and payments:
Our donation rewards will mostly be cosmetic items that only serve aesthetic purpose in-game. We intend to follow a no pay to win model as it would be the most ideal for the kind of server we are trying to build. For coding/development and creative works, if payment is desired then it can be discussed and will be fixed depending on the surplus funds and contributions made to the server.

Portfolio is required for those applying for the Dev Team
Fluent in English
Dedicated and reliable (Able to meet deadlines)
A team player
In-depth Ragnarok knowledge.
Open Positions:
-Development Team-
Source Dev. (0/2) - Should be proficient in C for source coding. Web development and SQL would be a plus.
Script Dev. (0/2) - Writing scripts for custom quests, event, instances, etc
Client Dev. (0/1) - Well-versed in handling client and hexing.
-Design Team-
Content Designers (1/3) - Design and develop on new ideas, features, quests, story-line, etc
Graphics Designer (1/1) - Handling all the gfx design such as, banners, logo, icons, ad posters.
-PR Team-
Community Manager/Forum mod (1/2) - Moderate the forums, organize events and handle player relations.
Note: You may apply for more than 1 position provided that you are capable of handling it.
Other positions that are not mandatory but may also be considered:
Social media manager - Handling FB, Twitter, etc.
Spriter - Self explanatory
Content writer - Writing FAQs, Website content, Wiki, etc
Staff members will be given the option to become a Game Master prior to our official launch or remain a part of the team.
