EDIT: SOLVED:  I was puting it in hexadecimal because I thought it was like rAthena itemDB, but i just put the job name and done, because I wanted it to be only for 3rd classes, a custom item only for 3rd

(i dont know if I can post it here, but i've seen other people posting their server projects). So, why this title right? Well, Me and my friend have been thinking about this project since 2011, we played on a portuguese server called Aesir , In 2009/2010, that was the best year for me... and It was the first time i played ragnarok, but then they wiped the server, It was so sad..., but hen in 2011 I started working with ragnarok emulators, and we think, about open the best low rate renewal server, a server that all can have fun , a server that all can have cash, a server that will show why we loved so much Aesir,  why we didn't open the server before? we didnt have enought money, my friend Is a little poor..., But I will work now that I'll finally turn 18 In april, and I will make this dream come true, the server will open mid 2017/late 2017, And we have been thinking about what could possibly become/be one of the best low rate renewal servers, I know there are many good servers like NovaRO, but I will do all I can to make this true, we are thinking about some features, but we will not reveal them yet... for those who are interested  this Is our page https://www.facebook...02109676785745/, like and follow all the news,  we are open to suggestions, so any kind of wish will be noted down and thought over. I dont have the website yet, I need to talk better with eaDev. The server will support english, spanish and portuguese, I understand all the 3 (and maybe german, my friend understand a little)

After give him the items and he give me the item, when i talk with him again he doesn't say nothing, just stays in blank, the script:
