When i cast a Blessing lvl 10 to myself it will give me +10 stats to all and a timer will appear on side, the problem is when the timer is almost running out and use a level 1 blessing, the timer will restart to 5 mins, making the level 10 buff still intact.
How to reproduce:
Use level 10 Blessing to self (5 minutes effect)
See your stat that increase to +10
Wait until the Blessing timer almost done and Bless Lvl 1 yourself.
The timer will restart to 5 mins
You still have +10 stats instead of +1

I just noticed i'm still casting even i have a fully casting gear.
2 berzebub = -60% variable cast
1 orlean glove + orlean shield = -10% variable cast
dark lord + dark illusion = -10% variable cast
Magic eyes = -10% variable cast
spell4(4812) = -10% variable cast

-100% variable cast time = meaning? should be no cast right? even my dex is 150.
