castle investment

You should be able to invest twice per day but it's been two days already or more that the npc kept on saying that i already did the investment for the day. castle investment only works in arug_cas03 but in others no more..below are my own activated castles.

item affect skill delay?

if i don't wear the Warrior's Balmung all my skill cooldown is 1 sec.

but if i wear Warrior's Balmung all my skill cooldwon turns to 5sec, it affects all skills.

how to fix it so that even if i use warrior's balmung my skill cooldown won't be affected

i tried to use a simple axe it also affects the skill cooldown but instead of 5 sec cooldown. it will make 2 sec cooldown? how come it is like this

it should affect only the ASPD but not the skill cooldown right?

amplify magic damage not working. when i cast amplify magic damage. i don't see any additional matk for example no amplify =129 matk. with amplify =129matk
