sorry for my bad English, I hope you can help me with this problem.

Dispell doesn't debuff gypsy/clown songs when they die.. Is this normal?

example 1:
Proffesor Dispell => Creator+A poem of bragi and "Clown dead" => No Debuff.

example 2:
Proffesor Dispell => Any job+Slow Grace and "Gipsy Dead" => No Debuff.

example 3:
Poffesor Dispell => Creator+A poem of bragi outside the range of the song => No debuff
