ASPD Balance Calculation

I think ASPD Calculation not balance when I had aspd >190 it too easy to gain high aspd . (Pre-RE)

How can i change ASPD Calculation if aspd >190

191 ASPD  = 190 ASPD * 30% harder to next state ASPD

192 ASPD  = 191 ASPD * 30% harder to next state ASPD

......

I tried exe 20130807 ,20140205 ,20140416 all won't work . (used NEMO patcher)

 

Any exe that auction system work with out bug ?

Is it possible to use .png or .jpg on cutin ? 

Because bmp images huge in size and hard to compressing.
