Ok, I found myself a solution.

Manual created folders don't apply download right for some file extensions like .ini by default.

If you create public folders using the Plesk app tools and use them to store the patcher files it will work.

So I guessed, but in database, hair color is 0 and hair type is 0. There is no palette 264 anywhere

In fact, I changed it to something else like... Hair color 1, hair type 2, to make sure it changes after login in and it still prompts the same error.

That's why I thought that maybe it was something else...
