How to reproduce:
Char with 255 all stats + doppel(modified to give +100% aspd.)
When a gypsy use PDFM on that char, it won't have any effect at all. I tried on 99 all stats w/o doppel it is working.

Champion: level 255, all stats 255.
Weapon: Glorious Fist[2] w/ two hydra.
Oponent, Wearing High Risk Coat only.
Damage will be 1 or it will miss. but when wearing GR + Deviling = dmg is 200k+.

Desperado can be reflected by Reflect Shield

Is it normal that desperado can be reflect by Reflect Shield/orc lord card? Base Reflect Shield/orc lord card description it should only reflect melee attacks? on iRO the desperado is treated as ranged.

on you stats view(alt q) the mattack wont update when you use Amplify Magic Power.
