You can see that on msgstringtable.txt inside the data folder. and look for that text.
Yes That code is not in msgstringtable,
and the Code is random (different character)

please put more details...we don't know what is quest subject or what ever you want to translate...
questid2display is work fine to translated for detail of the quest
but the subject that pop-up on top right screen iit not translated. (some quest)
I try to check on quest db and ID,name is matching with client perfectly
But why it still show korean word on the top right screen
(ex: xxxxxx, ID=xxxx (null) )
it only happen on some quest ex: tutorial novice and some of eden
