@Naori Well I saw this guy on facebook and asked him what services he did. Initially I did try to find paid services on this board but never found a suitable one. Sad :/

I couldn't refund my payment because he already accepted the payment.

On top of that, I could only REQUEST a refund. He did not want to give me a refund. So I disputed on paypal, with it being an intangible item, the dispute is automatically won by the seller.

Hence, once he accepted, there was no way I was going to get my money back unless he wanted to give it back. Thanks for the information, appreciated
